From Design to Construction

Early involvement allows us to refine layouts, wall placements, and architectural details during the drafting phase, when changes are most cost-effective.

We remain on-site through construction to document interior selections and resolve technical questions as they arise.

Material Selection Guide

For new builds, we provide a builder-ready interior selections guide detailing materials, cabinetry profiles, flooring, and trim.

This document clarifies installation requirements and timing for the construction team to prevent “avoidable” delays.

New Construction

We analyze architectural floor plans to optimize furniture layouts and lighting placements. With your input, our team is liaison to every defining detail, from stone slab selection and custom cabinetry profiles to final hardware finishes.

Large Renovations & Project Management

We coordinate with your contractors to manage structural changes and floor plan updates. Our team provides the field presence and documentation required to keep the build on schedule and aligned with the design specifications.

Meet Dawn

Dawn Heuer is a nationally recognized interior designer and design producer, known for her approachable yet refined aesthetic. She has designed for national television shows and major advertising campaigns for networks including Netflix, Bravo, HGTV, and Fox. Her work has been featured in Elle Decor, Traditional Home, Architectural Digest, Luxe Magazine, Atlanta Style & Design, and on the cover of Modern Luxury.

Under her leadership, Heuer Design Collective has been named Best Design Firm by The Atlantan and has received multiple honors from the Georgia Design Awards, establishing its reputation as a standout in both residential and commercial interiors.

An Arizona native, Dawn now calls Atlanta home with her daughter Catherine and their golden retriever, Remy. She founded Heuer Design Collective in 2019 with a mission to make interior design more accessible and unintimidating, guiding clients toward spaces that are deeply personal, functional, and inspiring.
